Spring Garden Jewelry is a jewelry retailer offering new and used jewelry through our Greensboro showroom. We also provide customers with access to an extended online jewelry marketplace through our authorized supplier, Stuller.

4. New and Used Jewelry
Spring Garden Jewelry offers both new and previously owned jewelry.
Products identified as used, pre-owned, estate, vintage, or previously owned may show characteristics consistent with prior ownership, including normal wear, minor scratches, patina, alterations, repairs, or other signs of use.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the description and asking questions about a used or pre-owned item before purchasing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the sale of a used or pre-owned item is final and subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Extended Online Marketplace
Spring Garden Jewelry provides customers with access to an extended jewelry marketplace through our authorized supplier, Stuller.
The extended marketplace allows customers to browse a broad selection of jewelry and related products. Depending on the available functionality, customers may also be able to customize or build a jewelry item using available design options.
Products displayed through the extended marketplace may not be physically located in our Greensboro showroom.
When a customer selects an item or custom design through the extended marketplace, Spring Garden Jewelry may place the order with our supplier on the customer’s behalf. The merchandise will be shipped to Spring Garden Jewelry for customer pickup unless other arrangements have been expressly agreed to in writing.
Submitting an inquiry does not necessarily constitute a completed purchase or guarantee availability, pricing, or delivery.
6. Stuller and Third-Party Supplier Information
Certain products, images, specifications, descriptions, pricing information, and other content presented through our extended marketplace may originate from or be supplied by Stuller or other third-party suppliers.
Spring Garden Jewelry is an authorized Stuller dealer. However, Spring Garden Jewelry does not control third-party websites, systems, inventory, product data, availability, shipping schedules, or other third-party operations.
We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, inaccuracies, delays, or changes originating from third-party systems or suppliers, except to the extent required by applicable law or where the issue is otherwise attributable to Spring Garden Jewelry.
7. Product Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry about a product does not create a binding sales contract unless and until Spring Garden Jewelry accepts the order and confirms the applicable terms.
We may contact you to verify product specifications, availability, pricing, sizing, customization, delivery expectations, or other information before accepting an order.
We reserve the right to decline an inquiry or order when necessary, including when an item is unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly priced, improperly described, or cannot be obtained from the applicable supplier.
8. Custom Jewelry
Custom jewelry may be created using designs, specifications, materials, gemstones, diamonds, metals, measurements, and other options selected or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the final specifications and design before an order is placed.
Once a custom order has been approved and submitted to the supplier or manufacturer, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Because custom jewelry is created or ordered specifically for the customer, custom orders are final and non-returnable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Spring Garden Jewelry determines that an error, defect, or other qualifying issue occurred.
9. Prices and Pricing Errors
Prices displayed on the website or through the extended marketplace are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing. However, an item may occasionally be displayed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error, supplier data error, technical issue, or other mistake.
If an item is displayed at an incorrect price, Spring Garden Jewelry reserves the right to correct the price and, where applicable, contact the customer before completing the transaction.
If payment has already been processed and the transaction cannot be completed at the corrected price, Spring Garden Jewelry may cancel the affected transaction and issue an appropriate refund.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies provided to consumers under applicable law.

For extended marketplace orders, merchandise is generally shipped to Spring Garden Jewelry’s Greensboro location for customer pickup unless otherwise agreed.
Any estimated delivery date or timeframe is an estimate unless Spring Garden Jewelry expressly provides a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
If circumstances arise that prevent us from shipping an order within a promised or legally required timeframe, we will provide any notices or options required by applicable law. North Carolina consumers may have rights concerning delayed mail-order merchandise under applicable law.

Customers will be notified when an extended marketplace order arrives at Spring Garden Jewelry for pickup.
Customers should inspect merchandise at pickup and notify our team of any apparent issue as soon as reasonably possible.
